I am BSNL pre paid customer from last 2 years.
I feel that it is cheaper but reliability is low. network coverage is problem & service is poor.
Charges when ever changes, is not communicated
frequently& regurarly.
Offers required to communicated regularly.
Network is required to improve.
in web site informations are not updated.
like one scheem is come in BSNL pre paid connection is excel power ,in which 2 no of BSNL you can activated,one of them is land line number of BSNL. u can talk with .10 Rs./min. In this scheem dose not defined how to change the number if any one want to change the number.
Group scheem which is available in other connection provider is required to introduce so that in family or friend circle call charges will be minimum to whom you are regularly in contact.
Business module is required to change.
Transperant service is required.
More agressive marketing for product is required to expand market.
some type of add service is required to start to increase earning & some share of earning is required to distribute it to customer by reducing charges.
